Solace & Sol Therapy is located at 316 W Lytle Street Suite 202,  Murfreesboro, TN 37130. We serve clients all over Tennessee virtually and in-person in Murfreesboro.

*Please note if you are a Colorado or Texas resident, sessions will strictly be telehealth and with Kelsey.

Kelsey is in-network with Aetna, Meritain, Medben, Optum, United Healthcare, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UMR—commercial plans only.

Brittany is in the process of pending enrollment for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, UMR, United Health Care, Medben, and Optum—commercial plans only. Clients are free to book now to secure a consult and session spot.

Julianna is currently out of network and self-pay only. She can provide a superbill. 

Please make sure to check with your clinician on which insurances they accept. Interns are self-pay only, but do have sliding scale based on needs.

Couples therapy is self-pay only. Family Therapy is also self-pay only.

At this time, we do not accept Medicaid/Medicare

Hours vary depending on the clinician. Please email your therapist or submit a therapy inquiry form to verify. We have therapists that work during evening hours and on the weekends as well.

Beginning in January 2026, pricing for sessions will be as follows:

Kelsey and Brittany :

Initial Individual Intake: 50 Minutes | $155

Individual Therapy Sessions: 50 Minutes | $140

Individual Therapy Sessions: 90 Minutes I $185

Couples Initial Intake: 90 Minutes | $200

Couples Therapy Sessions: 50 Minutes | $160

Julianna, Provisionally Licensed Therapist:

Initial Individual Intake: 50 Minutes | $130

Individual Follow-Up: 50 Minutes | $120

Intern (Coming Soon) (Masters Level Intern):

Initial Individual Intake: 50 Minutes | $60

Individual Follow-Up: 50 Minutes I $45

Please ask if sliding scale is needed for therapy to be accessible for you. 

At this time, the minimum age we see at Solace & Sol is 13. We will occasionally take clients 13 and up depending on the circumstances. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions.

Kelsey sees clients that are located in Tennessee, Texas, and Colorado. 
Casey, Brittany, and Julianna see only Tennessee residents at this time.
